This weekend I gave solid training sessions to @frederikstiesch who came to visit all the way from Hannover. First time for me working with a street trials rider, but still a lot of fun and good progression in Frederiks` riding. Looking forward to the next trainings.

I enjoyed a great and very succesful week in Abu Dhabi at the @uci_trials Urban Cycling World Championships 🌈 as a coach for the German team. Very proud on the great results and the team work from our 10 German riders in very difficult conditions collecting 3 medals with the highlight of the World Champion Title in the womens category👌🏼💪🏼

We had a great weekend in perfect weather conditions with 7 riders for a trialschool training at the facility of the OC Lüneburg focusing on techniques and details in advance of the upcoming winter season.

Had a great personal trials coaching session yesterday with 10 year old Christoph, who showed good basics and increased his level at one of my favorite run up techniques right during our training and also proofed really good effort within 4 hours of riding.

Another great story from the World Youth Games last weekend. Despite the fact that I couldn`t act as a trainer of the German federation as planned due to my new work and only arrived Saturday morning I tried to help out the team as good as possible. So I also minded this young girl I got to know last year within my Trialschool in her final as well and she did absolutely amazing riding to a third place in her first international competition in spectacular manner. Crazy to watch her ride that good. I am really amazed and excited what she will bring up in the next years.
But maybe it was just my umbrella that brought enough luck... We will see when there is a final in dry conditions 😁

The 2022 @ucitrials World Youth Games are in the books and it was a great weekend in Poland. Despite some heavy rain I was minding @ben_bike_75 in the Minimes category who rode a solid qualification on Saturday in 10th place and then stepped it up in Sunday`s final finishing in an incredible 5th position in front of some heavy hitters. Great riding and I am really proud to see him doing that well since I started to train him back in 2017.

After a full weekend acting as a trainer for the german cycling federation in preparation of the World Youth Games with the german squad Trialschool trainings continued directly yesterday with a personal training for one of @notzoldthomas son`s. Had a great 1 on 1 training session together and I am very excited to see his further development 💪🏼
